  2. Send a check for tuition made payable to Piedmont Language School to Piedmont Language School, c/o Piedmont Education Foundation, 401 Highland Avenue, Piedmont, CA 94611. Please include your child’s name and language on the check. Or pay using PayPal.

Tuition

Tuition for Mandarin is $615 per semester.  There is 10% discount for second child or second language. A $100 registration and materials fee is due annually.

We are happy to offer a PayPal option online instead of writing check. There is a $15 fee for this convenience per transaction.

Class Schedule:

All classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Piedmont Community Church. Classes begin Sept. 11th and end May 23rd, 2019.  All holidays follow the Piedmont Unified School District calendar. The student to teacher ratio will not exceed 13 to 1

Payment Policy

Tuition payments are paid by semester ($615) plus an annual $100 registration fee for each enrolled child. Payment for at least one semester is due at time of registration to ensure your student’s placement in the class. If payment is not received by the first day of class, a $50 late fee will be added. Students cannot attend class if payment is outstanding more than 15 days after class has begun.

Refunds

If a student withdraws before the first day of class, a full tuition refund will be granted and 50% of the registration fee. If a student withdraws within two weeks of class commencement, half of their semester tuition will be returned if it has been paid.  If a student withdraws within two weeks of class commencement and tuition has not been paid, half of the tuition payment will become due.   There is no semester refund two weeks after commencement.
