To register, simply go to Viva el Español online registration at www.vivaelespanol.org/piedmont.php.  If you are a currently enrolled family, your child information is already in Viva el Español’s database. Type in each child’s name to find their individual account. New families need only to make certain to open an “account” for each child being enrolled.

Register by May 31st and receive a $50 savings. 

Piedmont Language School is offering Spanish classes for new and continuing students:
• All elementary schools: Before school at 7:45 to 8:25am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
• Havens: After school on Mondays from 3:15 to 4:05pm and Wednesday from 1:55 to 2:45pm at Piedmont Community Church
• Wildwood: After school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:10 to 4:00pm
• Beach: After-school on Tuesdays from 3:15 to 4:05pm and Wednesday from 1:55 to 2:45pm

Kindergartners: Our kindergarten program is at Piedmont Community Church or Kehilla Synagogue. The Spanish class for afternoon kindergarter will be held 4x per week from 10 a.m. to 10:40 a.m., allowing ample time for lunch before school starts. The Spanish class for morning kindergarten will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 1:10 p.m.

Piedmont Middle School: We are very excited to offer a pilot program this year for 6th and 7th graders. Our Spanish language classes are led by experienced teachers. We offer separate classes for beginning Spanish students as well as those with prior experience. Classes follow a middle school Spanish textbook and focus on comprehension and conversation as well as reading and writing proficiency. Students will learn a variety of grammatical concepts and verb tenses. Program uses a full-immersion approach. Numerous optional culturally-oriented field trips and activities offered throughout the year.
• For continuing students — Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:15 to 4pm.
• For new students – Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:15 to 4pm
